Florastor® is committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you’re stocking up on your gut health essentials or trying us for the first time, we offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs.

Shipping Options

Ground Shipping – Free on orders $24.99 and above

• Delivery in 4–7 business days
• Available for all U.S. addresses (excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO)

Priority Shipping

• Delivery in 2–3 business days
• Flat-rate fee calculated at checkout
• Ideal for when you need Florastor fast

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed before 12 PM ET typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM ET ship the next business day.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
• At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Payment & Address Details

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak seasons like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and year-end holidays, shipping carriers often experience higher volumes that may lead to delays.
We recommend placing your order early to ensure on-time delivery. While we do everything we can to meet our usual delivery windows, we cannot guarantee carrier performance during these times.
