This refund policy only applies to purchases made directly on Florastor.com. If you purchased Florastor from another retailer (such as Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens), please reach out to them directly—we’re unable to process refunds for third-party orders.

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund for products bought on Florastor.com. We may ask for details about your experience or photos of the product or packaging to better understand the issue.

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

To request a refund on Amazon.com or Walmart.com:

  1. Log in and go to Your Orders.
  2. Find your Florastor purchase and request a Return or Refund.
  3. Choose a reason for the return or refund.
  4. If the item was sold by a third-party seller, you may need to contact the seller directly.
  5. If you believe the product is not authentic, please report the seller to help keep the marketplace safe for all customers. 

When purchasing on Amazon.com or Walmart.com, please make sure your order is always shipped and sold by Amazon or Walmart. These are the only authorized sellers of Florastor.
