Ingredients

Per 2 capsule serving:

Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745: 500 mg

Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate): 120 mg

Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol): 20 mcg (800 IUs)

Zinc (as zinc gluconate): 20mg

Other ingredients: Lactose (derived from milk), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (derived from pine bark), modified food starch, sucrose, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide, DL alpha tocopherol.

Appropriate for lactose intolerance.

Not a significant source of added sugars.

Suggested Use

2 capsules, 1-2 times daily.

How to Take

Swallow the capsule with at least 4 oz. of water or juice. Can be taken with or without food. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, open the capsule and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.). Do not mix into any carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcohol-containing beverages. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.

Storage

Keep at room temperature. Do not store in the refrigerator.
